Is Vinca a real person?
No. Vinca is an artificial intelligence, and she makes no secret of it. She offers warm listening and practical guidance, but she is not a healthcare professional and does not replace medical or psychological care.
Are my conversations really private?
Yes. They are encrypted, hosted in Europe, never sold and never used for advertising. And what you tell Vinca in private never appears in your couples sessions. Vinca is not a licensed practitioner, so this is data protection — not therapist–patient privilege.
How much does it cost?
Signing up is free and comes with welcome credits. After that, your choice: top-ups from €5 (you only pay for what you use) or a plan from €7.99/month, with no commitment and cancellable anytime.
What if I am going through a very hard time?
